Each Stache is designed to ensure baby-free homes are safe and fun. The products are not sold individually. But stay tuned! Like the Safety Stache, we’re busy curating more add-ons to meet unique needs.
- Why is the product on the website different from what I received?

At BabyStache, we’re constantly on the hunt for safe, high-quality, age-based products, so our offerings may shift. And sometimes, we just offer multiple variations or colorways of the same products. - When will my order arrive?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and arrive 2–5 business days after the order ships via standard ground shipping. Please expect an additional 1–5 business days for Alaska or Hawaii orders to arrive.
- How do I check my order status?

Excited for your Stache? We get it! You'll first receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships, you'll get another email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and clicking Order History.

- How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime before the 24-hour shipping cutoff of your next Stache. Just login to your account to manage your subscription. Review our Refund policy for more details.Â
- What do I do with my Stache when I no longer need it?

We encourage our BabyStache community to upcycle any gently used and no longer needed Staches to local Foster Care Donation Closets. Being a foster parent is not cheap; these closets help reduce some of the hurdles to opening hearts and homes to these kiddos. Can’t find a Foster Care Donation Closet near you?
